Happowa’s new harvest data–based controller for silage additive applicators
Spreader CAN is a next-generation controller for silage additive applicators that enables automatic dosing based on the actual harvested volume — in litres per tonne of forage. In forage harvester applications, the Spreader CAN controller delivers its full potential, as harvest data–based dosing via the CAN bus is currently available on Claas, John Deere and New Holland forage harvesters equipped with mass flow measurement.
The Spreader CAN controller also brings increased automation to other applications beyond forage harvesters, thanks to a speed-based dosing mode in litres per kilometre. Traditional dosing in litres per minute is also available when needed.
