Right to review data
Data subjects have the right to review the personal data recorded on them by Happowa.
Right to rectify data
Data subjects have the right to demand the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to object
Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, if they believe their data has been processed illegally.
Direct marketing restriction
Data subjects have the right to forbid the use of their data for direct marketing.
Right to erasure
Data subjects have the right to demand the erasure of their personal data if the processing of the data is unnecessary. After processing the request, Happowa either erases the data or informs the data subject of the reasons why their data cannot be erased.
Please note that the data controller might have a statutory right or other right to retain the data requested to be erased. The data controller is obligated to store its accounting material as specified in the Accounting Act (chapter 2, section 10) (10 years). Thus, material related to accounts cannot be erased before the end of the retention period.

If the processing of a data subject’s personal data is solely based on consent, and not on, for example, customer relationship or membership, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent.

Happowa acquires customer data in a regular manner: directly from the customer when the customer relationship is established.

In general, personal data is processed until the end of the customer relationship.

The data controller and its employees process personal data. Happowa may also outsource some of the processing of personal data to a third party. In such instances, Happowa makes contractual arrangements to ensure the personal data is processed in compliance with valid data protection legislation and otherwise in an appropriate manner.

Happowa does not disclose data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
