Happowa strives to serve its Estonian customers even better – now also through the online store. The online store for dosing equipment has been open to Finnish customers since 2020, and in the spring of 2023 it has also been opened to Swedish and Estonian customers. Until now, foreign customers have been able to place orders by e-mail and phone, but now shopping is even easier. Online shopping is increasingly popular among Finnish customers, especially for small purchases, such as spare parts, when there is no need to call or send an e-mail for a small matter. However, larger orders are also made through the online store all the time.
How to shop online?
Estonian e-commerce customers should change the country to Estonia in the “Calculate Shipping” section already in the shopping cart. In this case, the online store calculates the shipping costs to Estonia, and 24% value added tax is added to the prices. The price is stated both with and without tax, and in the “Total” section, the portion of the tax is shown in parentheses after the price.
At checkout, the customer provides their contact information. If you provide an Estonian VAT number, you will be billed tax-free. In any case, the method of payment is an invoice, which is sent by e-mail. If you want delivery to something other than your home address, there is also a separate field at checkout for a separate delivery address when you check the item “Ship to a different address?”.
Personal service will continue to be available by email and phone
In the future, orders can of course also be made by email or phone. For example, all Happowa harvester-specific product sets can be customized according to the customer’s needs, in which case a separate contact is necessary.
